Parqlet, LLC ("Parqlet," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights. It applies to the Parqlet mobile app, web app, HOA dashboard, and all related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. If you disagree, discontinue use.

We collect only the personal information reasonably necessary to provide the Services described in this Policy and do not process personal information in a manner incompatible with those stated purposes. This data minimization principle guides all of our data practices.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect: full legal name; email address (used for identity verification against the Property Operator's resident database); residential unit number; assigned parking spot number and type if available (Compact, Standard, Large SUV, Motorcycle); EV charger availability; Guest name, Guest’s vehicle license plate, and where provided, vehicle make, model, year, and color submitted at Booking (additional vehicle details improve enforcement accuracy and are optional unless required by the Property Operator); payment information (processed and tokenized by Stripe — we do not receive or store raw card data); account credentials (email and hashed password); and mobile phone number (required if you opt in to SMS notifications — see Terms of Service Section 3.2). If you change or deactivate your mobile phone number, you must promptly update your account to prevent messages from reaching the person who acquires your old number.

We collect: Booking records (date, time, spot, unit, Guest license plate, duration); spot availability windows; Credit transaction history; Guest Liability Consent records (timestamp, Booking ID, confirmation); occupied-spot issue reports; push notification delivery and interaction data; in-app activity logs including login events; device information (type, OS version, app version); and approximate location data derived from your IP address (city/region level). We do not collect precise GPS location data from your device.

1.3 Information from Property Operators and Building Platforms

When a Building is onboarded, the Property Operator provides resident data including: name, email, unit number, parking spot number and type, and verification status. This data may be pulled from building management platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, or BuildingLink pursuant to the Property Operator's agreements with those platforms. We process this data solely to verify resident eligibility and maintain accurate Building records.

1.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies on the web dashboard for: (a) authentication and session management (strictly necessary — cannot be disabled); (b) analytics and usage tracking — we use Google Analytics (with IP anonymization enabled) and MixPanel; and (c) error monitoring and performance tracking — we use Sentry and DataDog You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings or by responding to our cookie consent banner. Disabling non-essential cookies does not affect core Platform functionality.

Do Not Track Signals: The Platform does not currently respond to browser-based Do Not Track (DNT) signals. If this changes, we will update this Policy accordingly. To the extent required by California's CalOPPA, we are making this disclosure to inform you of our current practice.

1.5 Biometric Data

The Platform does not collect or process biometric identifiers including facial geometry, fingerprints, or voiceprints. License plate data collected through the Platform is not classified as biometric information under applicable law, including the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI) and the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). If our LPR integration is ever expanded to include camera feeds that may incidentally capture facial imagery, we will update this Policy and implement all required biometric consent and notice procedures before activation.
